🚫 Requests after 7 days or for reasons other than damage/defect aren’t eligible.

5. Damages & Issues

🔍 Inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice damage, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, contact us right away.
🔄 Choose a replacement, store credit, or refund—we’ll make it right.
⏰ Damaged or defective items are replaced within 5-7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 For safety and quality, we cannot accept returns of:

7. Exchanges

🔄 Want a different EzyTorq model? Return the original item (per the steps above). Once approved, place a new order for the product you prefer.
🚚 Exchanges are delivered within 7 days of the new order.

8. EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

🇪🇺 Orders shipped to the European Union come with a 14-day “cooling-off” period. Cancel for any reason within 14 days, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all parts. Return shipping is free.

9. Refund Timeline

📩 We’ll confirm receipt and inspection within 48 hours of your return reaching us.
