At EzyTorq, we’re all about getting your EzyTorq Electric Screwdriver Set to you fast and hassle-free, so you can start tackling your projects ASAP! 🛠️ Here’s our shipping policy to keep things clear and simple:

1. Processing Time

📦 In-Stock Items: We ship within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
🔧 Custom Orders: If you’ve added extras (like additional bit sets), allow 3–5 business days for quality checks and assembly.

*Delivery windows exclude weekends and public holidays and start the day after dispatch. All orders are delivered within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

3. Order Tracking

📲 Once your EzyTorq leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number (and send it via WhatsApp if you’ve opted in). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

4. Customs & Duties (International)

🌍 We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
🚫 Refusing to pay duties will result in the package being treated as unclaimed; outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Packaging

📦 Every EzyTorq Electric Screwdriver Set ships in a sturdy EzyTorq box with protective padding to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

6. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

✍️ Need to tweak your address? Let us know within 2 hours of placing your order.
🚨 EzyTorq isn’t responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
📬 If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll initiate a carrier investigation.

7. Delays

⛈️ Things like heavy rain, festive rush (think Diwali or Republic Day), or customs checks might slow things down. We’ll keep you posted and do our best to speed things up—your projects matter to us!

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

🔍 Lost Parcels: If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (domestic) or 20 days (international), we’ll trace it. If confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund fully.
📦 Damaged Parcels: Refuse visibly damaged packages or snap photos before opening. Contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
